Card hold: A few days before, your bank may show a temporary authorization for 50% of the session. This is not a payment to Mantra. It confirms the card and helps prevent fake bookings. It is released if you attend or cancel at least 24 hours before. It is only captured if you cancel later than that or don't come, as the 50% compensation above.
Free changes and cancellations up to 24 hours before, from the link we send you by email. After that, or if you don't come, we charge 50% of the session price as compensation for the reserved time — any deposit already paid is deducted. Inside those last 24 hours we can still move your appointment once, if another slot is free. After your visit we'll send a short email with care tips; you can opt out any time from the email itself or via WhatsApp. By booking you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
